At our last kinship meeting, we agreed to set aside the time to concentrate on improving how we play as a kinship. This means no matter who is playing in a fellowship, and what classes are present, we have the experience and skills to make a fellowship that can complete the hardest of instances and raids. In particular, we agreed that this time should be invested in ensuring we can make the most of our play time.

Tonight's run was focused on running Sammath Gul, the 6-man Mirkwood instance that is considered one of the hardest instances in the game. We were able to run it in hard-mode twice in one night, clocking in at 1h:20min and 1h:15min. Unfortunately, again no [Symbol of Celebrimbor] dropped. The average run time for Sammath Gul is considered to be 2 hours, and our goal was to break 1h:30min. We also did the groups with some non-optimal configurations, such as low DPS, no AE, and low interrupts. Despite those handicaps, we did both runs in quick succession.

I thought these were both excellent runs, and I think it demonstrates a great start towards the strategic flexibility that will allow us to run more fellowships and keep our kinship free of class quotas.
