You sure I didn't just die? Assuming I am out of range and don't die, I do not remember ever losing the aggro.

I think a hunter tanking the shadow boss would be good. With a healer earmarked for the hunter. Going into the fight with as many hunters/ DPS RK's as we can would be helpful. The range DPS would work best. I really don't think this fight is all that hard.

Sorry, that was me above. Forgot to sign in.

And if we do use a hunter-tank what stance generates the most aggro?

Okies... so we can get a/the hunter to range tank and Tocanis or Chordz will pop every aggro reducing ability available or shall we do the Kiting method more?

Ranged tanking - When we ran it last time, Sven tried ranged tanking the shadow boss and I was healing him. It worked fine for a bit, but eventually I pulled the aggro off of him and the shadow boss ranged attacked me to death. Would need someone who can hold aggro at range over all the healing needed, no offense Sven ;)

Thanks Ysarien... I like these kind of tips. Hunter Fear on Wargs...
Most likely that may mean mini's can fear wargs also.

It was solidly established that a hunter fear is effective on the shadow wargs.

I know sven wrote it down, but its good to see it in print as a reminder, or for others who weren't there.

Its not a make or break discovery but its useful when the proverbial hits the fan. Always nice to save on rezz and repair bills.

Please help us out by posting if you have knowledge/ideas. Someone who hinders this process is people who come to raid but dont read this section. Also someone who posts a strategy from a guide that is someone elses idea from the forums. Please stick to posting boss abilities, personal observations, and organic strategies you wish to try and the reasons why you think it may help. The offense of breaking either of the above TA Laws are equally egregious in Chordz' mind.(PLEASE ADD/AMEND AS YOU GUYS SEE FIT BY REPLYING)

Below is what I consider Common Procedure for 1 to 2 trash.
LM Mezzes Sorc with the Mez symbol.
Main Tank is Forward to pick up swords, axe, mace, warg mobs
Off-Tank is Forward to pick up swords, axe, mace, warg mobs
Captain is Forward ready to protect LM if mez goes wrong.
If we have a hunter with Invisible Sight they are forward.

Target Symbols on all mobs- (Will need Sven to preferably comment on symbols below). For example; Assign a standard symbol for mez, for tank #1, for tank #2, for first kill etc.

*************************
Twins= Last time we went to twins range-tanking Shadow Boss(Morg) and it worked well-You didnt need to kite him- Is there some reason why we are kiting versus making him stay ranged by range tanking?

Cargaraf- (Need more info) Tanked in some capacity.

Nova Damage-I got blasted with some kind of Nova for 9,000k last visit to twins. So something wasnt being done correctly.

Eyes- Purple eye is cured by a fear pot.
Blue eye is dumping fire on the ground. Run it to perimeter
Green Eye- (NEED HELP ON THIS)
(OTHER COLOR EYES)
