We managed to successfully defeat Akala short-manned all by ourselves this week. In addition to that, we proofed Jariath's rogue-tanking and took good measurements of the fight metrics (50 sec between Warden spawns, and how the Laethys Shards act in the final phase).

Allihandra - Mage Damage
Jariath - Rogue Damage
Kohrek - Cleric Damage
Lliraam - Warrior Tank
Lucillia - Mage Healing
Madera - Mage Damage
Rookwood - Warrior Damage
Sirran - Mage Damage
Xulyn - Cleric Healing

Lastly, we managed to raise the 300 platinum needed to buy the second guild bank vault. The first is used to store artifacts, and all members (including probationary) are encouraged to put in artifacts they can't use, and take out artifacts they can. The second vault is used to store equipment, such as armor, weapons, crafting augments, runes, etc. This locker is accessible to associate/full members and up. You are encouraged to take anything you need, as its sole purpose is to speed up gearing of our members for raids.
