Turbine Ask the Dev Team feature

Turbine has posted an article that contains many questions players have submitted along with Dev team answers.

Some big things include improvements on how you can address mail (they're going to put in auto-complete), as well as some way to share items between alts without having to use the mail or housing chests. They also seem to imply they are going to take away a lot of the hidden delays in combat, such as recovery animations, etc. to make it so that your abilities activate in a much clearer way.
