I decided to give Comcast another chance; 7 years ago I had residential service and they gave me a whopping 36 day straight outage of no internet, then refused to refund me even 1 month of fees. After that, I stiffed them on the final bill, told them to fuck off, and have answered their reps with profanity ever since.

After hearing a lot of stuff from my former co-workers, you guys, etc., I decided to give Comcast another try. Everyone has been saying they have professionalized, improved their service, etc. I chose the business class service because they do not do traffic shaping or any of the network tampering that used to (or still is) happening with residential service. Behold:
